WHOLE BODY CRYOTHERAPY PRICING
During Cryotherapy your body triggers the release of serotonin and melatonin. These compounds allow your body to have a relaxed, euphoric feeling allowing you to think "clear-minded" and at ease. Giving not only your body but your mind the calming sensation that helps you hit deep sleep much easier, faster, and longer.
500 CALORIE BURN
When your body reaches the colder temperatures it naturally increases its core temperature to try and warm you back up. Doing so takes a vast amount of energy to get this done. In return, you burn an excess of between 500-800 calories per freeze due to the extreme amount of energy your body produces during the Cryotherapy session.
The release of endorphins through the blood streams from a whole-body Cryotherapy treatment will ramp up your body's energy levels and provide you with eased but yet sustainable energy sensation for hours after your session.
REDUCED INFLAMMATION AND PAIN
Whole-Body Cryotherapy treatments extract the blood from the extremities and rush it to the core. Doing so it decreases the inflammation and swelling inside the entire body. After the session is complete the blood is re-oxygenated and released back to the extremities for a more fluent blood flow.
IMPROVED SKIN (COLLAGEN PRODUCTION)
The extreme cold temperatures of Whole-body Cryotherapy tighten and firm skin cells. In return, reducing excess wrinkles and scarring. The production of collagen is known as a huge benefit as well as the detoxification that takes place in your body during the whole-body Cryotherapy.

CRYOTHERAPY IS PROVEN
Modern applications of cryotherapy began during the 1970s in Japan, where treatments were used for rheumatoid arthritis. Since then, several clinical studies have been conducted in Europe, which inspired the whole-body cryotherapy chambers in use today.
Our Cryosauna uses gasiform nitrogen to lower the client's skin surface temperature by 30-50 degrees Fahrenheit over a period of two-three minutes. The Cryochamber is cooled using liquid nitrogen but clients are not in direct contact with the gas. The skin reacts to the cold and sends messages to the brain that acts as a stimulant to the regulatory functions of the body. It produces the scanning of all areas that may not be working to their fullest potential. The skin exposure to the extreme temperatures also triggers the release of anti-inflammatory molecules and endorphins.*
